- Basic visit information such as pages viewed and device type, used to keep the site working well.
- Accessibility choices (larger text, higher contrast) are saved only on your own device.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- The NDIS pathway guide does not save what you type.
- We ask you not to put NDIS numbers, dates of birth or medical records into website forms.
How it is kept safe
- Form details and uploaded documents are stored privately and only our intake team can see them.
- Portal accounts are protected by sign-in and approved by our team before use.
