About us
About Ametz Community Care — NDIS & aged care support
Ametz Community Care was started by nurses, therapists and support coordinators who were tired of watching people receive services nobody had properly explained to them. We do both: deliver the support, and make sure you understand it.
What we stand for
Compassion
We take the time to know you, your household and your routines before we suggest anything.
Dignity
Your privacy, culture, language and choices come first — in your home and in every record we keep.
Empowerment
We build skills and confidence so you need less of us over time, not more.
Reliability
Rostered workers you know, backfill when someone is sick, and a phone answered by a person.
Who we stand with
Everyone is welcome, and everyone is safe here
LGBTIQ+ friendly
You are welcome exactly as you are. Our workers use your name and pronouns, and we match you with people you feel safe and comfortable with.
We say no to domestic violence
Zero tolerance — for participants and for our own team. If home does not feel safe, our team can help you find confidential support, at your pace and on your terms.
Support for vulnerable women and children
We stand with women and children facing violence, isolation or crisis — with safe, respectful support and workers who listen first.
Who you'll work with
One organisation, one intake, one point of contact — with clinical oversight behind every support worker shift.
Registered nurses
Clinical assessments, care plans, delegation and supervision of high intensity supports.
Allied health clinicians
Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology and dietetics.
Support workers
Police-checked, NDIS Worker Screened, first aid and CPR current, trained on your plan.
Support coordinators
Plan walkthroughs, provider matching, budget tracking and review preparation.
Plan managers
Invoice processing inside three business days and plain-language monthly statements.
Care partners
A single point of contact for aged care Support at Home schedules and budgets.
Compliance and quality
Registered, audited and accountable
Registration is a floor, not a finish line. Ask any provider — including us — to show you their worker screening records, their incident register and their last audit outcome. If they hesitate, keep looking.
