The NDIS Code of Conduct — every worker must
- Respect your rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making.
- Respect your privacy.
- Provide supports safely and competently, with care and skill.
- Act with integrity, honesty and transparency.
- Promptly raise concerns that could affect the quality and safety of supports.
- Prevent and respond to violence, exploitation, neglect and abuse.
- Make every reasonable effort to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
Before working with you
- Workers in risk-assessed roles hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- We check references, qualifications and, where needed, a Working With Children Check.
