Your right to choose
- We respect your right to take risks and make your own choices — we talk risks through with you.
How we manage risk
- We assess risks before supports start, for example at home, in transport and with health needs.
- Plans are written with you and shared with the workers who support you.
- Workers are trained in emergency, infection control and manual handling procedures.
Review
- Risk plans are reviewed at least every year, or sooner if your needs change or an incident happens.
