- Our worker guide helps support workers explain NDIS pathways in plain language.
Limits we set
- AI never decides your eligibility, funding or supports — people do.
- AI answers are general information, not advice, and may be wrong. Always check with our team or the NDIS.
- We do not put your name, NDIS number or health records into AI tools.
- What you type into the pathway guide is not saved.
Human oversight
- Our team reviews how AI tools are used and checks answers regularly.
- You can always ask to speak to a person instead.
